All orders placed through the Website are subject to National Sports Products' acceptance. National Sports Products may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled by National Sports Products, National Sports Products will issue you a refund.
Placing an Order with a Purchase Order
National Sports Products accepts payment by purchase order. To pay by purchase order, prior to order placement, authorized Purchase Orders should be faxed to (800) 443-8907 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless special arrangements are made, National Sports Products ships within the Continental United States only. Our standard flat rate shipping charge is 15% of product price. Nevertheless, some items require additional shipping charges. Items requiring additional shipping charges are clearly marked. Please contact us via email at email@example.com or phone at (800) 553-8907 for custom freight quotes or shipment outside the Continental U.S.
Products are shipped UPS or common carrier. National Sports Products reserves the right to specify the carrier on all invoiced freight paid or pre-paid shipments. Customers may choose carriers subject to a $10.00 handling charge and shipment via freight “collect.”
Goods damaged in transit should not be accepted until the nature and extent of the damage has been noted on the shipping invoice. It is solely your responsibility to file damage and shortage claims.
A $10.00 Handling Charge is added to all orders less than $50.00.
Ordering Custom Products
Custom products, such as windscreen and netting, require additional information prior to order placement. Please contact National Sports Products via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, fax at (800) 443-8907, or phone at (800) 478-4162 for assistance with custom products. For quote requests through fax or email, National Sports Products makes an effort to respond within 1-2 business days.
You will be notified of all back ordered items. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. You will be invoiced for the backordered item at time of shipment.
Rush order may not be cancelled once the order goes into production. In order to avoid a penalty, all other orders must be cancelled prior to shipment. National Sports Products not refund shipping costs. Furthermore, cancellations or refusal of shipped orders, unless the error is due to a National Sports Products error, incurs a 20% restocking charge, with a minimum charge of $20.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact customer service at (800) 478-6497 for return authorization.
Upon receipt of request for return, a return authorization (RA) will be issued. The RA number must appear on all shipping labels. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID. Collect shipments will not be accepted. You have 90 days from purchase date for non-defective returns.
Exceptions: All custom orders cannot be returned unless the product is defective or due to a National Sports Products error.
Credit for returned items will be issued only after National Sports Products has determined that the returned items are defective or can be restocked.
National Sports Products warrants our products against material defects and poor workmanship for a period of one year from date of invoice, unless the product is otherwise marked. This warranty is voided in cases of misuse or vandalism. This is the extent of the National Sports Products warranty. National Sports Products extends no warranty, express or implied, for damage rising from the use or alleged failure of any product, nor does it extend any warranty of merchantability. The terms and conditions of this warranty notice supersede any that may appear on a purchase order. National Sports Products shall in no event be liable for loss of use or profit, or for other collateral, special or consequential damages.
National Sports Products, at their sole discretion, will repair, replace, or credit defective items upon authorized return. National Sports Products will pay shipping costs only when repairing or replacing defective products.
Website Use Restrictions
The National Sports Products website (“Website”) may be used only for non-commercial use to place an order or purchase National Sports Products merchandise. Any other use is prohibited unless agreed to by National Sports Products in writing. Ownership notices from materials downloaded or printed from the Website may not be changed or deleted. Modifying, copying, translating, displaying, distributing, reproducing, republishing, downloading, displaying, posting, transmitting or sale of any intellectual property or content appearing on the Website is forbidden.
During visits to the National Sports Products’ Website, you may provide National Sports Products with personal information that is knowingly disclosed to us. National Sports Products requests information (which may include name, age, address, telephone number, email address, city location, zip code, gender and, when necessary, credit card information) when you make purchases, request to receive communications, or participate in other Website features.
In order to better understand customer preferences and better serve customers, National Sports Products may combine information provided online with other information from transactions and communications. This may include data from the Website, direct mail, events, or online marketing. National Sports Products may also combine personal information with data that is publicly available and data that we receive from other reputable sources. Regardless of these efforts, National Sports Products cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information provided to us. We do not assume any liability to third parties whose information customers include on the Website.

National Sports Products wants to communicate with customers only if they want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from National Sports Products, or would like to update or change your personal information or preferences, follow the instructions below. However, National Sports Products may continue to send you service-related announcements from time-to-time through the general operation of the Website or by email.

To modify or delete the information you have provided, please login and update your profile. To unsubscribe from an email, please follow the instructions in any email you receive. Be sure to include your first and last name and account email address in the “message” box.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, information is never collected at this website from those we actually know are under 13. If you are under age 13, do not send any information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
